The system combines an LLM with the LTX Video generation pipeline. The LLM processes the user's input, maintains the conversational context, and generates the character's textual response. This response is then passed directly to the LTX Video 2.3 Distilled workflow, which synthesizes synchronized audio and video for the AI character in real time. The end-to-end latency is approximately 1.5x – 2x the duration of the generated video, depending primarily on the selected output resolution and hardware configuration. This architecture enables continuous, responsive AI video conversations while relying entirely on open-weight models, making the workflow suitable for customization, self-hosting, and production deployments.
