The Operator of https://openltx.com (the “Platform”) respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and expects all users, contributors and visitors of the Platform to respect copyright and other intellectual property rights.

2. Independent Platform Status
OpenLTX is an independent knowledge hub and cloud platform focused on AI video generation technologies, workflows and educational resources. OpenLTX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Lightricks or any other third-party developer of LTX-related technologies.

3. Copyright Compliance
The Operator aims to ensure that all materials published or made available through the Platform comply with applicable copyright laws. Users remain responsible for ensuring that any content, materials, prompts, workflows, files or other resources they upload, share or distribute do not infringe third-party rights.

If you believe that content available on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notification in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

2. Required Information
A valid DMCA notice should include the following information:

(vi) A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Review and Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification, the Operator may review the reported material and may take appropriate action, including removing or restricting access to allegedly infringing content where required by applicable law.

1. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake, misidentification or an incorrect copyright claim, you may submit a counter-notification in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

2. Repeat Infringers
The Operator reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights, in accordance with applicable law.

3. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that content submitted, uploaded or shared through the Platform does not violate copyright, trademark rights, privacy rights or other legal protections belonging to third parties.
