Terms of Service
1. Platform Operator
The website and online platform accessible at https://openltx.com (the “Platform”) is operated by DCX TRADE s.r.o., a company incorporated under the laws of the Czech Republic, with its registered office at Lidická 700/19, Veveří, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, Company Identification Number (IČ): 06368247, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, File No. C 101692 (the “Operator”).
2. Independent Project
OpenLTX is an independent community-driven platform and knowledge hub focused on AI video generation technologies, workflows, education and cloud-based experimentation. OpenLTX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Lightricks or any other developer of LTX-related technologies.
3. Nature of the Platform
The Platform provides educational resources, documentation, tutorials, workflow guides, benchmarking information and access to cloud-based computing environments that allow users to experiment with AI video generation workflows.
4. Cloud Infrastructure
OpenLTX may provide access to third-party cloud GPU infrastructure and computing resources. Such services may depend on third-party providers and are subject to their own availability, technical limitations and terms.
5. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service and any legal relationship arising from the use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union legislation.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, registering an account, launching cloud environments or using any OpenLTX services, the user confirms acceptance of these Terms of Service.
1. User Accounts
Certain Platform features may require user registration. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for all activities performed through their account, including workflow execution, generated content, uploaded files, model usage and any other actions performed through the Platform.
3. AI Generated Content
Users acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may vary in quality and accuracy. Users are responsible for reviewing, verifying and ensuring that any generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights before publication or commercial use.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use the Platform to create, upload, distribute or process illegal content, content violating intellectual property rights, content promoting real-world harm, or any material prohibited by applicable laws.
5. Account Suspension
The Operator reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate user access if a user violates these Terms of Service, applicable laws, third-party rights or misuses the Platform.
6. User Generated Content
Users retain ownership of content they create or upload. By using the Platform, users grant the Operator a limited license necessary to operate, maintain and improve the Platform and provide requested services.
7. Intellectual Property
All Platform software, design, branding, documentation and original materials remain the property of the Operator or respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute Platform components without authorization.
1. Platform Availability
The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continuous availability or error-free performance of the Platform or third-party services.
2. Third-Party Services
OpenLTX may integrate or provide access to third-party services including cloud computing providers, payment providers, analytics services and external AI-related technologies. Such services are governed by their own terms and policies.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, generated content, third-party services, technical failures, data loss or user actions.
4. AI Technology Disclaimer
Users acknowledge that AI models and generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, unexpected results or limitations. The Operator does not guarantee the quality, originality, legality or suitability of AI-generated content.
5. Data Protection
The Operator processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant Czech legislation. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to Terms
The Operator may update these Terms of Service when necessary due to legal, technical or operational changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Effective Date
These Terms of Service are effective as of 29 July 2026.
